This is an used horsemanship outfit made by Jacque's Apparel.  The white semi-stretch  top has a royal blue and beige pearlized appliques. This horsemanship top has a body suit attached to the white base.  It  velcro's in the front of the crotch.  There are matching blue pants included in this listing. 

PLEASE NOTE***There are some glue spots surrounding the appliques on this jacket.  I believe it is from the original application of the appliques.  You can not tell there are many spots until you look closely.
