Purchasing & Return Policies
If you are interested in purchasing
anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept VISA or MASTERCARD, or Paypal.
If you would like to use your VISA or MASTERCARD, please call us or email.
*** We prefer not
to use Paypal if possible because they are not FDIC regulated. You are better protected financially by FDIC certified
companies (like your credit card company or bank.)
You may also call 1-651-246-0910 to make an order over
the phone. We will accept Money Orders and Personal Checks (as long as they are from the US, not Canada). If you pay
by personal check, your order will ship 7 business days after we receive your check.
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided
by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients.
Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer
for their order. We promise not to sell any of our customers information
Guarantee & Returns
We will give
refunds only to buyers of items that were NOT custom made. If an item is custom, we will not accept a return on it.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for postage on returned items. All returns must be made within 10 days
for full refund, less shipping. A credit will be made to your credit card when the item is received back. We can
not accept returns on "used" items purchased on the website (they are customer consignments and sold "as
is".) We will also not accept returns on "Custom Orders". Custom Items are made to fit, and therefore
are harder to sell. We will help you sell your item if need be, by posting it on our site.
We will guarantee a great fit! If
for any reason the item that was custom made does not fit properly, we will complete one FREE alteration. The
buyer is responsible for postage to us...but we will cover the return postage. We are not responsible for poor
measurements. We encourage you to *Please* have another seamstress take the measurements, and double check them
after. We will not take returns on custom orders because of mistaken measurements. If you
request to have any item sent to you for a fitting before it is complete, please call or email. We will do everything
that we can to make sure you get the best fit possible. Sometimes it may be more than one attempt at a perfect fit.
This is why it is so important to get proper measurements. We will NOT take returns on items that do not fit due to
Once you give us the deposit, it is non-refundable. If a customer
decides not to follow through on an item, you can either apply the deposit to another item, or forfeit your deposit.
The deposit and/or payment is considered a contract between Sparkling Show Clothes, and the customer.
By placing an order, you the customer agree to our policies above. (We will not replicate another
designers item, and we respectfully ask you do inquire for us to do so. We would not want another company to copy our
designs.) Once we have received payment or a deposit on a custom item, this sale is binding. No refunds will be made.
Please note that we will do everything possible to make this a GREAT process...we depend on our customers to spread the

of the time we can get a custom order out to you in about three to four weeks, but due to seasonal changes it may
take slightly longer. Please inquire on length of time prior to purchase if there is a deadline. Our books fill
up faster at the beginning of show season, as well as fall futurity/world time. If you have concerns on timing, please
call or email. We work off of deadlines, so please let us know what final date you would need your outfit by.
We will have the order out to you asap, so that we can do a final fitting, and if we have enough time, we can
